Who we are

Hands for Kids stands for high-quality, warm-hearted childcare tailored to children's needs. With our established location in Illnau-Effretikon and our new bilingual location in Wallisellen, we're expanding our vision further: giving children a loving space to learn and grow – in German and English.

Your onboarding will take place in Illnau-Effretikon, so you can start your new role well prepared and well supported.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for a mixed-age group (3 months to kindergarten age)
  • Building and maintaining a trusting, collaborative relationship with parents around the child's education and development
  • Contributing to the development of our concept and quality standards (bilingual German/English)

Your Profile

  • Completed training as a Childcare Specialist (FaBe K) or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
  • Very good German (at least B2, native speaker an advantage) or English skills (at least B2, native speaker an advantage)
  • Independent, structured, responsible and team-oriented
  • Enthusiasm for building something new and actively shaping processes

Workload & Hours
