Parents will always be informed about any currently circulating childhood illnesses or other health issues.

In emergencies, the educators will contact the child’s designated paediatrician, the daycare’s trusted doctor, or the children’s hospital directly.

In the event of an accident, all expenses, such as taxi costs or emergency medical care, will be the responsibility of the parents.

The orientation phase lasts approximately two weeks and is charged at a flat rate of CHF 300.-.

Before final admission, a deposit of CHF 1,000.- is required. For each additional child, the deposit is CHF 900.-. This amount will be refunded without interest upon termination of the care contract.
If you find an alternative solution for your child before the start, the deposit cannot be refunded, as registration involves significant effort and the place was reserved.

If parents wish to have their child cared for in addition to the fixed days, this can be arranged in consultation with the daycare management. Additional care hours will be charged.

If multiple children from the same family attend the daycare Hands for Kids, we offer a sibling discount of 10% on the regular daily rate. This discount applies to the lower fee.

Discounts cannot be combined. They will be applied to the next monthly invoice. No refunds will be issued for services already charged.
